Warranty

All Century Lighting products, with the exception of lamps, carry a 1 year warranty. Our warranty applies to new products only and is voided if deemed that the product has been incorrectly installed or handled in any way whatsoever that was not intended for the purpose of the product – this includes not following the installation instructions provided with every product, as well as any form of stripping of the products' components. Please refer to Installation in this website section.

Any product returned to Century Lighting due to reasons relating to a manufacturing defect of any kind from the Century factory, will be repaired or replaced, without any delay (subject to stock availability) and will be returned to you at our expense – provided that the relevant criteria above have been followed.

In the event that a product is subject to an external manufacturer's warranty, Century Lighting may need a day or two to make necessary arrangements to repair or replace the product. Our Customer Services Team will keep you informed and updated whilst arranging to get the issue sorted for you.

Any action taken independantly of us, will automatically void our warranty cover and the warranty cover of our suppliers.

N.B. : Century Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to defective goods or shortages, such as electrician's fees, equipment hire, time taken from place of employment, fuel consumption, etc.
