Damage in Transit
Any goods received by you, our Customer, that are damaged, must be notified to our Customer Services Team within 24 hours of receipt. This conforms to British Transportation Industry Standards and will enable your claim to be submitted and speedily handled.
Provided we are notified within the prescribed 24 hours, we will arrange to replace, at our expense, the damaged product. We will also arrange collection of the damaged product from your premises, also at our expense.
Please do NOT send back any damage in transit goods with your transport contractor as we have to ensure that any damage claims are handled and dealt with by our transport contractor.
