Goods Short Delivered / Missing
In the unlikely event that there are any goods short delivered or missing off our Delivery Note, this must be notified to our Customer Services Team within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. This 48 hour period conforms to transportation industry standards and will enable any claim for shortages to be investigated and solutions actioned without delay.

N.B. : Century Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to defective goods or shortages, such as electrician's fees, equipment hire, time taken from place of employment, fuel consumption etc.
