Installation On Site

In order to keep your New Century Lighting Warranty intact, you must ensure that a qualified electrician will handle and install our luminaires. This includes following exact installation instructions provided and ensuring that all products are earthed where relevant.

Prior to installation of our luminaires, or any other electrical product for that matter, be extra-certain that the mains supply is fully isolated from the applicable installation point or area. As stated under Warranty in this website, incorrect installation or handling of our products will make our Warranty null and void. Installation accessories such as screws and raw plugs etc are not supplied.

In the unlikely event that one of our products may not work after correct installation, please do NOT take it upon yourself to issue instructions to repair the product with the understanding that the cost of "repairs" may be claimed back from New Century Lighting. New Century Lighting accepts no liability for any personal damages under any circumstances during installation of our luminaires.
