We will process your application and send you a fax/letter with our parameters for trading with your business.

Opening an New Credit Account

Generally, our process for opening accounts is as follows:
- Contact one of our Customer Services Team and they will send you a Credit Account Application Form. Of course, you can get one directly off this website by clicking here.
- After you send us the completed Application Form (please don't omit any details), our Accounts Controller will process your application.
- Thereafter, we will send you a letter (by fax/post) of your account activation and the parameters relevant to your account.
- Sending us your Credit Account Application Form also serves as your confirmation that you have read our standard trading Terms and Conditions and agreed thereto.

Urgent Orders / Deliveries from New Customers

If you do not have a credit account with us as yet but you have an urgent order for one of your Customers:
- Contact one of our Customer Services Team and they will send you a written quotation.
- Send your Purchase Order to us by fax ensuring that your full company details are included in the Purchase Order.
- As soon as your company details are in our system, we will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice with our banking details to enable you to make a direct bank transfer into our account. If you prefer, you may also send a cheque as payment but this obviously lengthens the process.
- Once payment is confirmed, the goods are dispatched or made available for collection.

Regardless of the circumstances, our Customer Services Team are fully trained to assist and support you in any and every way possible, within the parameters of our business, to ensure that you get the best deal possible from Century Lighting.

Credit Limits / Ceiling

As in any other company, every Customer has a credit limit / ceiling which, at Century Lighting, is defined as the specific maximum amount or ceiling that our Customer may owe Century Lighting at any one time. This credit limit is set by our Accounts Controllers at the time of opening the Customers' credit account and is reviewed from time to time.
Our credit facility, given to each of our Customers, should be taken into consideration when large projects are undertaken using Century Lighting luminaires.
