Our Century Meteor fitting is ideal for use in offices, canteens, kitchens, hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, laboratories, wash rooms, staff rooms, changing rooms, toilets, supermarket food counters and other modern and hi-tec, bio-tec and professional areas where cleanliness is a major issue.

This Meteor luminaire is IP65 rated from below and includes a highly efficient white metallic reflector and this, coupled with an Opal or Prismatic diffuser, provides quality and wide light distribution.

The steel body is manufactured using hard punch tooling and benefits from having fully mitered return edges and a profile of just 70mm. It is finished in epoxy-polyester coating which provides a brilliant white enamel finish.

The Meteor is designed for recessed installation in either metric or imperial ceilings with a 600x600 tile layout. A special device is available for installation in plaster ceilings.

Only European branded-name electronic ballasts are used in these luminaires.

Re-lamping and repair of replacement electrical components is made simple by the easily removable diffuser.
