About Rutland House

Rutland House is an eleven storey office building prominently located in the heart of Birmingham's office core at the junction of Edmund Street and Church Street.

Century Lighting and Rutland House

We were approached via Orbs Electrical to help find a solution for Rutland House to utilise existing luminaire bodies (as they could not be removed from the ceiling) and update to LED technology. Using the latest lighting software we were able to model the effects of the lighting and how it would work within the proposed areas. Once this was agreed with the client we manufactured LED trays and diffusers for Orbs Electrical to install on behalf of the client.
